Articles in earthenwear can go to microwave and dishwasher however they suffer from thermal shock problems.

If your order was collected from one of our stores, the return request must be made within 14 days of the date the order was delivered to the store.
Refunds are processed only after the returned items have been received at our warehouse and their condition has been inspected and approved.
