Using the online store gives you the status of Customer and implies your knowledge and acceptance, fully and without reservations, of all the provisions included in the General Terms & Conditions, and the Privacy Policy, in force at each time you access the website. Online store.

- Selling products
Products are purchased at the risk and expense of the Customer who, at the time of purchase, will have access to detailed information about the product, as set out in the description on the Website.
The images of the products in the online store are for illustrative purposes only. Customers must fully read product descriptions and characteristics.
- Prices
The prices in the catalog of the website www.ceramicasnalinha.pt are presented in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate at the time of acquisition, to which will be included shipping costs.
The prices and product specifications contained in the website may be altered by Ceramicasnalinha, Lda without previous notice.
- Orders
Orders are accepted within Mainland Portugal, the Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira, as well as for other countries, inside and outside the European Union. Customers should verify the availability of shipping, when filling in the address.
Orders for delivery in PO Boxes are not accepted.
The products presented in the online selection are limited to existing stock. In case of unavailability of any item, Cerâmicasnalinha Lda. will inform the Customer.
- Registration and Customer Responsibility
All information of the customer when registering to make the purchase must all be exact and truthful. The Client has the obligation to update the information provided, whenever it suffers any changes. The Customer takes responsibility for any false or inaccurate statements made and for the losses it causes to Cerâmicasnalinha Lda. or third parties, with the information that is provided.
In case of violation by the customer of the General Terms & Conditions, Cerâmicasnalinha Lda. reserves all the rights to take any and all legal action to enforce its rights.
To effects of confirmation of your order, client must fill in a form which must indicate:
– Full name/Costumer’s corporate name;
– Telephone contacts and email addresses of the Customer;
– Customer’s Tax Number (NIF/NIPC);
– Customer’s full address on the invoice and destination.
After filling it out, the Customer must confirm the items included in the shopping cart, buyer’s Data, Billing and Payment Data.
The Customer undertakes to carefully verify the data mentioned on the order summary, confirming all products and services selected in the shopping cart, customers data, billing address. If an error is detected, customers must go back to the previous steps in order to rectify them.
- Payments
Payments are made at the time of order confirmation, by MBWAY, ATM reference or bank swhift transfer.
In the case of payment by ATM, the reference will be available for payment for 3 days. If the payment is not made during the 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled.
- Non-acceptance of the order
Cerâmicasnalinha reserves the right not to accept the order, informing the Customer, in the following cases:
- a) Stock rupture;
- b) Unavailability of the item;
- c) Misconduct on the part of the Client;
- d) Inconsistencies in the Client’s registered personal data;
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For any divergence occurring in the contractual relations between the Parties, Portuguese law shall apply.
Any issue or dispute arising from the application, interpretation, integration or execution of this Agreement, when it cannot be resolved by agreement of the parties, will be submitted to the Portuguese courts, with the Judicial Court at the headquarters of Cerâmicasnalinha Lda having jurisdiction, with express resign of any other.
The consumer may also address the Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities, available at www.consumidor.pt.
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may address to the network of consumer dispute arbitration centers authorized to carry out information, mediation and arbitration activities in consumer disputes.
For this purpose, you can contact the CNIACC-National Center for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts (website: www.cniacc.pt).
- Responsibilities
Cerâmicasnalinha, Lda applies all appropriate technical and organizational security measures necessary to ensure the security of information. Nevertheless it is the Customer’s knowledge that the usage of the online store might not be 100% secure, existing the possibility that information received/sent may be intercepted by unauthorized parties, and this cannot be attributed to Cerâmicasnalinha, Lda.
The contractual proposal contained in the online store is aimed only at people of legal age, with the Customer accepting that it can only be used by users over the age of eighteen and/or with full contractual capacity and who, therefore, can be responsible for the commitments resulting from the buy and sell.
