The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days, without the need to give any reason.

The period for exercising the right of free resolution expires after the 14 days, counting from the day following the day on which you acquire or a third party indicated by you, other than the transporter, acquires physical possession of the acquired goods.

In order to exercise your right of free termination, you must communicate your decision to cease the contract to us by means of an unequivocal statement, for example, a letter sent by post, or email.

You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

For the resigning period to be respected, it is enough to communicate regarding the cancelation of the contract to be sent before the end of the resolution period.

In case of termination of the contract, you will be refunded the payment made, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping method offered by us, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed on your decision to end the contract. We make these refunds using the same payment method that you used in the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such restitution.

The shipping costs with the return will be endured by the Customer.

As a result, Cerâmicasnalinha Lda. reserves the right not to accept returns of products without prior notice, as mentioned above, and which do not meet the same conditions of conformity as on the date of delivery to the Customer (namely products that have suffered any type of use, transformation, damage and/or lack of original packaging/accessories/complements).

The customer may return/exchange any product, due to defect, within the legal deadlines for this purpose.

To do this, the Customer must report the non-conformity, via email sent to the address online@ceramicasnalinha.pt, always mentioning the online order number. In the event of a complaint, the Customer must expressly indicate the reasons for their complaint.

If non-conformity is found, Cerâmicasnalinha Lda. will assume the costs of returning the product and the costs of a new delivery.
